Both Teachers and Administrators can view, edit, and manage classes in the License Group(s) under their purview. The following instructions are for Administrators.
To manage classes:
- Log in to Imagine Sonday System Digital at admin.imaginesonday.com.
- Select a License Group if you are assigned to more than one.
- Select the Manage Classes tile, or, from the drop-down menu by your name in the top right corner of the screen, select Classes.

The Manage Classes page opens, defaulted to show all classes organized alphabetically by type followed by the last name of the primary teacher. If desired, use the filter to change the view to classes associated with a specific product. Or, to locate a specific class, type part of the class name in the search bar and then click Go.
Note
If a class status is set to Inactive or Archived, the terms "Inactive" or "Archived" will appear in parentheses beside the class name.
- From the Manage Classes page, you can do the following:
(1) Add new classes: Click Create Class and follow the follow the directions for adding a new class.
(2) View when this class has been taught, and/or edit a class's teacher(s), students, and basic information (including the class's status— Active, Inactive, or Archived). Click Details to get started. -
This opens the Class Detail page. Do one of the following:
If you want to... Then... Change basic class information
Click Edit in the Class Information section.
Make your change(s) and click Submit.
Add or change teacher(s) assigned to the class
(Assuming you've already created teacher accounts)
Click Edit in the Teachers section.
From here you can select a teacher from the drop-down menu and click Add Teacher, and designate that teacher as the primary teacher, if desired. (The primary teacher's name will display in the Teacher Name column on your Manage Teachers page.)
You can also remove existing teachers by clicking the red X by their name. Removed teachers will no longer be able to see the class information, but that information will still exist and will be available to administrators or any new teachers added to the class.Start adding students to the class, or change the students currently assigned
(Assuming you've already created student accounts)
Click Edit in the Students section.
You can select one or more students from the list and click Add Student(s) to enroll them in the class. You may add any students created by any teacher in your License Group to any class. If a student is moved into a new teacher's class, the new teacher will gain access to historical data for that student.
You can also remove already enrolled students by clicking the red X by their name.
View when the class was taught (Session History) In the Session History section, select a specific session by clicking the level number or binocular icon.
This opens details including the level, date, start/end time, class attendance, and number of slides viewed for each session.
Additional Information: Deleting classes
In Imagine Sonday System Digital, classes are not deleted. You can instead edit a class's status to Inactive or Archived.
The class will still appear in the your list of classes (Administrator view) but the applicable Inactive or Archived label will display. However, the class will be hidden from teachers' class lists unless they have edited their teacher profile to show inactive content.
You can edit the class back to Active at any time.
