Editing your teacher profile in Imagine Sonday System Digital

From your profile page, you can update both User Information (such as your name and email address) and Digital Settings (such as display options).

To update your profile information:

  1. Log in to teacher.imaginesonday.com.
  2. From the Teaching Dashboard, click on your name in the upper right corner of your screen and select Profile from the drop-down menu.

  3. Update the applicable information in the applicable section(s).

    The fields in this section are:

    • Name fields: First Name and Last Name are required and can be modified at any time. MI (Middle Initial) is optional.
    • Organization, Job Title, Phone Number, Fax fields: These fields are all optional. The Organization is your school.
    • Email: To modify your email address, please reach out to sondaysupport@imaginelearning.com
    • Password: To modify your password, click Change Password in the top right corner of this section and follow the prompts to create a strong password.

    Digital Settings section:

    The fields in this section are:
     

    • Follow Teacher Name: The name displayed to students during online sessions if you're using the Follow Along display option.
    • Follow Teacher Pin: Create a 4–6 digit, globally unique, numeric PIN if you want to use the Follow Along display option as a teacher. Only you will use this PIN, and you can access and change it at any time by returning to your profile. 
    • Display Student-Facing Content Via: Select your preferred method of displaying student content while teaching.

       Notes

      • Selecting a different Display Method during a session will override this default for that specific class.

    • Use Timer Feature?: Select Yes or No to toggle the use of the Timer Feature. See the Timer article for more details.
    • Show Inactive Content?: Students and classes that have been marked as Inactive are hidden by default to prioritize your active students and classes. Select Yes to show inactive students and classes.
    • Show Archived Content?: Students and classes that have been marked as Archived are hidden by default to prioritize your active students and classes. Select Yes to show archived students and classes.
  4.  To save your changes, click Update in each section you edited.

    You'll receive a confirmation for each section that you update.
