Additional Information: Deleting teacher accounts

In Imagine Sonday System Digital, teacher accounts are not deleted. You can instead edit a teacher's status to Inactive to prevent them from appearing in the list of active teachers. You can then change the status again to Archived if desired.

 Tip

Be sure to remove the teacher's product access before deactivating or archiving them, so that their product license(s) can be reassigned to someone else.

To reinstate an archived teacher to an active teacher, change their status from Archived to Inactive, and then edit again to change from Inactive to Active.
