Digital subscriptions to Imagine Sonday System products last for one calendar year from the date of purchase.
Once a product has expired, teachers will no longer be able to use it for instruction or access any of its included resources. However, they can still access class and student data such as session histories.
Note
Expiration of a Sonday System digital product does not delete the classes and students that were taught using that product, since students and classes are tied to the License Group and the teacher, not the product.
When a digital subscription expires, you can assign another valid license to the teacher, and the teacher can then continue teaching their classes without losing their progress.
This article contains instructions for looking up the Validity Period (start and end dates) of your licenses and requesting new or additional licenses.
Validity Periods
To check product expiration dates:
- Log in to Sonday System Digital at admin.imaginesonday.com.
- Select the Manage Products tile.

Select the Expired tab to view products that have already expired, or the Valid Now tab to check the dates for your current products.

Click Go by the applicable product.

View the Validity Period in the Product Assignment Wizard that opens.
Renewing licenses
To request additional licenses/products:
You can contact your Sales Representative via email or phone or you can submit the request electronically by following the steps below:
- Log in to Sonday System Digital at admin.imaginesonday.com.
- Select the Manage Products tile.
- Click the Request More button from any tab of the Manage Digital Products page.
- Fill out the bottom of the form and click Save.
You will receive a confirmation message, and an Imagine Learning representative will contact you shortly.
