Only Administrators can remove product assignments from teachers in the digital platform. This is usually done when the license limit has been reached and a license will be revoked from one teacher in order to reassign it to another.
There are two ways to revoke product access—by starting from the Manage Teachers page or by starting from the Manage Products page. Click the applicable tab to view the instructions.
To remove product access from teachers (starting from the teacher record):
- Log in to Sonday System Digital at admin.imaginesonday.com.
- Select the Manage Teachers tile.
Find the applicable teacher and click Products in the right-hand column.
The Teacher Product Assignment Wizard opens with a list of the products the teacher currently has. Click Revoke Product by each product you want to remove.
Click OK in the pop-up window.
The product will disappear from the Existing Products Assigned To This Teacher list.
Do one of the following:
If you want to... Then... Remove products from another teacher
Click Teachers List.
Edit other information about this teacher or view their account Click Teacher Detail.
You'll be taken to the Teacher Detail page and the products will display in the Valid Products Assigned To This Teacher section.Return to the Admin Dashboard Click the Imagine Sonday logo in the top left corner.
To remove product access from teachers (starting from the list of products):
- Log in to Sonday System Digital at admin.imaginesonday.com.
- Select the Manage Products tile.
Your current products will display. Click Go by the applicable product.
The Product Assignment Wizard opens. Click Revoke Product by each applicable teacher.
Click OK in the pop-up window.
The product will disappear from the Existing Products Assigned To A Teacher list.
Do one of the following:
If you want to... Then... Select another product
Click Products List.
Go to the list of teachers Click Teachers List. Return to the Admin Dashboard Click the Imagine Sonday logo in the top left corner.
Notes
- Revoking a product does not delete the classes and students that were taught using that product, since students and classes are tied to the License Group and the teacher, not the product.
- The Sonday System Assessments product (formerly the Teacher Resource Book) with the Placement and Pre-/Post-Tests for SS1 and SS2 will be revoked automatically from any teacher who is assigned SS1 or SS2 Digital. It does not need to be removed separately.
