Viewing the Teachers report in Imagine Sonday System Digital

The Teachers report in Imagine Sonday System Digital allows you to view which products each teacher has used as well as data points such as the number of sessions per product, average number of sessions per week and month, average session duration, attendance percentage, number of active classes, and number of active students. You can also drill down to see more information such as class statistics for each class a teacher teaches.

To access and interpret the Teachers report:

1. Log in to admin.imaginesonday.com and select a License Group if you have access to more than one.
2. From the Dashboard, click the Teachers Report tile (or select Teachers Report from the drop-down menu at the top of the page).
   

3. This will take you to the Teachers Report page. All teachers with any activity since July 1st of the current school year are listed alphabetically by last name. 
   
   There is a column for all Sonday System digital products in the report; when a teacher does not an active license for a particular product, the column for that product has a red circle at the top to indicate that it does not apply. 
   

    Note

   The report defaults to the current academic year, but if you have usage from previous years, you can select a different academic year in the top right corner of the report. 
   

   The following statistics are provided per teacher, per product: 

   • Total sessions taught 
   • Average duration of each session in minutes and seconds
   • Average sessions per week
   • Average sessions per month
   • Average percentage of student attendance
   • Total number of classes
   • Total number of students
4.  Click Show Report to view more detailed information on a particular teacher.
   

5. The Teacher Detail Report opens with two sections: Products and Class Stats.
   
   
   Each section is described in more depth in the table below.

   Section	Description
   Products	This table is the same table that is on the main page of the report. Any product not assigned to that teacher will say N/A for Not Applicable.
   Class Stats	This section of the report lists data points for each class and student attendance percentages for each student in the class; the key in the bottom left defines each column. Click Show Report in the rightmost column to open the Class Detail Report for an individual class.  Tip Read Viewing the Classes report for more information.

6. To leave the detailed report and return to the summary information, click Teachers Report at the top of the page.
