Viewing student data in Imagine Sonday System Digital

The Manage Students page in Imagine Sonday System Digital allows you to view information about the student's account, which classes they are in, their attendance record, and very granular details on how they performed on each assessment and Mastery Check. You can also view the content that was covered in each digital session.

To access and interpret student data:

1. Log in to admin.imaginesonday.com and select a License Group if you have access to more than one.
2. From the Dashboard, click the Manage Students tile (or select Students from the drop-down menu at the top of the page).
   

3. This will take you to the Manage Students page. Students are listed alphabetically by Display Name. Although the page defaults to show Active students, you can use the filter at the top to change the view to All, Inactive, or Archived. You can also use the search bar to locate and view a specific student.

   

4.  Click Details to view more information about a particular student, including assessments and Mastery Check results and session history.
   

5. The Student Detail page opens with five sections: Student information, Assessments, Mastery Check Results, Classes, and Recent Sessions.   
   
   
   Each section is described in more depth in the table below.

   Section	Description
   Student Information	This section provides basic information about the student's account. Click Edit to make changes, including setting the student to Inactive or Archived or changing their default class.
   Assessments	This section summarizes how the student performed on their assessments.   Click View Details to open the student's answer to each item.  Any notes saved by the teacher will also display at the very bottom of this expanded view.
   Mastery Check Results	This portion summarizes how the student performed on Mastery Checks and how long they spent on them. If the student has results from multiple products, all Mastery Checks from all products will be listed. Mastery Check results from Essentials K–5 do not include data in the Reading or Duration columns.    Note Failure to meet mastery criteria is visible at a glance on this screen—look for a red exclamation mark under Reading, Spelling, or Duration. Click Detail for word-by-word results in both spelling and reading. Any notes saved by the teacher will also display at the very bottom of this expanded view.
   Classes	This is a list of the class(es) the student is enrolled in.  Click Edit if you need to make changes.
   Recent Sessions	This is the student's most recent sessions. Click a level/lesson name or the binoculars to view more information, including the slides that were part of this session.  Notes All times recorded in the Imagine Sonday System digital platform are displayed in Central Time. Sessions for which the student was absent are marked by a red "Absent" tag next to the session listing.

6. To leave the detailed report and return to the summary information, click Students at the top of the page.
