This article applies to customers using the digital platform who have already performed the initial account activation but have forgotten the password they use for routine logins.
Note
Teachers: If you are already logged in and you want to intentionally change your existing password, you may do so by selecting Profile from the drop-down menu in the top right corner of your screen and then clicking Change Password.
If you can't log in because you can't remember your password, click on the applicable tab—Teachers or Administrators—to view the instructions for your role.
To reset a forgotten password (Teachers):
- Go to teacher.imaginesonday.com.
- Click the Forgot password? link.
- Enter your email address, check the box to verify you're human, and click Submit.
- The following screen will display to notify you that you'll be sent an email.
- Open the email from info@winsorlearning.com and click the button labeled Click Here to Set Your New Password.

Clicking the link in the email takes you to the following screen*. Establish your new password, verify you are a human being, and then click Submit.
*Note
If clicking the link in the email doesn't work, depending on your email provider, you may have a very long alpha-numeric code at the bottom of your email that you can copy and paste into the Forgot Password form instead. Contact sondaysuppport@imaginelearning.com if you still need help.
- Check the box to accept the Terms and Conditions, then click Accept and Sign In.

- Enter your email address, check the box to verify you're human, and click Submit.
