Student/family instructions: Accessing Digital Readers (Sonday System 1 & 2)

This article explains how students can access and use the Digital Readers their teacher has assigned for practice outside of class.

Accessing the Digital Readers (instructions for students)

  1.  On any device with internet connection, navigate to the URL student.imaginesonday.com, enter the Follow Code for the class (provided by the teacher), and click Next

  4. Select Continue Reading or Read Now for the Reader you want to work on.
    • You will only be able to see books that your teacher has assigned to you for your class's current level. (Some review books might be part of this assignment.)
    • Each book contains three stories (except for SS1 Levels 6-10, which have one story per book).

  5. If you are continuing reading from a previous session, you will start on the slide you left off on. Use the arrows to move from page to page, and click the X in the top right corner to exit the Reader.

     Note

The dots at the bottom of the screen represent the activity and story slides—split into one chunk per story—and you can use them to jump between the three stories as needed. In this example, I'm on the 9th slide of the first story.
