If they are active for your account, digital Sonday System 1 and 2 Readers can be used during Step 6 of a lesson or assigned to students to read outside of lesson time on their personal devices. Take the following steps to set up students' remote access to digital Readers:
- The student you want to assign a Reader to must have a profile set up by the teacher.
- The student must be assigned to a class that is using the Sonday System 1 or Sonday System 2 product.
- It is recommended that the Follow Code for the class, which is generated automatically on class creation, be changed to something more accessible than the default code.
- The teacher must have set up a Reading List and assigned it to either the class or the student.
Once all these have been done, the Reading List is ready for the student to access. Help the student navigate to the URL student.imaginesonday.com and enter the Follow Code for the class. When students navigate to the URL and enter the code, they will be able to select their name and then 'Read A Book' to view the digital Readers that are assigned to the class's current level in the Reading List.
