Adding teachers in Imagine Sonday System Digital

Administrators have permission to add teacher accounts within their License Group.

To create teacher accounts:

  1. Log in to Imagine Sonday System at admin.imaginesonday.com.
  2. If you have more than one License Group, select the applicable one. Otherwise, skip to step 3.

  3. Select the Manage Teachers tile.

  4. In the top right corner, click Add Teacher
    click Add Teacher.png
  5. Fill in the data. Email, First Name, and Last Name are required, while Teacher ID and Teacher Type are optional.

    Use the table below to learn more about each field:

    Field Description
    Email The school email address of the teacher whose account you are creating. They will be sent an email to this address with account activation instructions
    First Name The educator's first name(s).
    Last Name

    The educator's surname(s).

     Note

    The only way to edit the teacher's First Name, Last Name, or Email fields is for the teacher to edit their teacher profile.

    Teacher ID A unique identifier assigned by the school or district to distinguish this educator from the others. Optional field.  
    Teacher Type A label used to categorize or describe this teacher. Optional field for internal record-keeping.
  6. Do one of the following:

    If you want to... Then...

    Continue adding teachers 

     

    Click Save and Add Another.

    Stop adding teachers Click Save and Go To Detail.

    You'll be taken to the Teacher Detail page for the profile you just created. The account will be labeled as Pending until the teacher activates their account. From this page you can assign products to the teacher.
