Students in the digital platform can't be deleted; instead, both Teachers and Administrators can remove students from classes. The instructions below are for teachers.
There are two ways to remove a student from a class—by starting from the student's record or by starting in the class in which the student is currently enrolled. Click the applicable tab to view the instructions.
To remove students from a class (starting from the student record):
- Log in to Sonday System Digital at teacher.imaginesonday.com.
- Go to Manage Students from the drop-down menu in the top right corner of your screen.
Find the applicable student and click Details in the right-hand column.
In the Classes section of the Student Detail page, click Edit.
In the Currently Enrolled section, click the red X next to the applicable class(es).
- In the pop-up window, click OK to confirm you want to remove the student.
You will be notified that the action was successful.
To remove students from a class (starting from the class):
- Log in to Sonday System Digital at teacher.imaginesonday.com.
- Go to Manage Classes from the drop-down menu in the top right corner of your screen.
Find the applicable class and click Details in the right-hand column.
In the Students section of the Class Detail page, click Edit.
In the Current Students section, click the red X next to the applicable student(s).
- In the pop-up window, click OK to confirm you want to remove the student.
- You will be notified that the action was successful.
