Add Teachers

Navigate to Manage Teachers from your Digital Admin Dashboard.

From the Manage Teachers page, click 'Add Teacher' to add a new teacher.

  1. When creating a teacher profile, Email is the only required field. Emails regarding account status will be sent to the address entered here.
  2. While the First Name and Last Name fields are optional, keep in mind that you will not be able to edit a teacher's name or email address once a profile has been saved. The teacher can edit their name and email address from their digital teaching account.
  3. The Teacher ID and Teacher Type fields are optional. They can be used for internal record keeping and can be changed at any time.
  4. Click 'Save & Go To Detail' to add the teacher profile and view the Teacher Detail page, where you can assign a product to the teacher by clicking 'Manage Product Assignments.'
  5. Click 'Save & Add Another' to add the teacher profile and immediately begin creating another teacher profile.

An email with activation instructions will be sent to the address provided.

A teacher's status will be listed as "Pending" until their account is activated.

To activate their account, the teacher will need to click the link that was sent to their email or go to digital.winsorlearning.com/sso/activate.cfm and enter the email address that was used to enter them into the system.
