To navigate to your profile settings from the Teaching Dashboard, click on Your Name in the upper right corner of your screen and select Profile from the dropdown menu to modify your User Information and Digital Settings.
The data you enter in User Information is internal and can only be viewed by administrators.
- First Name/Last Name: These fields are required and can be modified at any time.
- Organization, Job Title, Phone Number, Fax: These fields are optional.
- Email: To modify your email, please reach out to an Imagine Sonday System customer support specialist at sondaysupport@imaginelearning.com.
- Password: To modify your password, click Change Password and follow the prompts to create a strengthened password.
- Follow Teacher Name: The name displayed to students during online sessions.
- Follow Teacher Pin: Create a 4-6 digit globally unique numeric PIN for accessing the Follow Feature as a teacher. Only you will use this PIN. It can be accessed and changed at any time by returning to My Profile.
- Display Student-Facing Content Via: Select your preferred method of displaying student content while teaching. Changing your Display Method during a session will override this default for that specific class. See the articles on each display method for more details on how they are used: New Window, Follow Along, and Preview.
- Use Timer Feature: Select Yes or No to toggle the use of the Timer Feature. See the Timer article for more details.
- Show Inactive Content: Students and classes that have been marked as Inactive are hidden by default to prioritize your active students and classes. Select ‘Yes’ to show inactive students and classes.
- Show Archived Content: Students and classes that have been marked as Archived are hidden by default to prioritize your active students and classes. Select ‘Yes’ to show archived students and classes.
Once you are finished modifying your profile, click 'Update' to save the changes.
