To reactivate a student profile that has been set to Inactive or Archived, your Digital Settings must first be set to Show Inactive/Archived Content. Inactive or Archived will appear in parentheses next to any inactive/archived students’ display names where applicable.
Once you have set your Digital Settings to show Archived and Inactive Content, click the dropdown menu next to your name in the upper right corner, navigate to the Manage Students page, and select a student.
On the Student Detail page, click 'Edit' in the Student Information box.
Set their status back to Active to reactivate the student's profile.
If you wish to revert to hiding Inactive or Archived Content from view, you can adjust your preferences in Digital Settings.
